Femo Terms and Conditions
ARTICLE 1. | DEFINITIONS
In these terms and conditions, the following terms, including those in the plural, are used in the following meanings, unless the nature or purport of the provisions dictates otherwise.

2. Other Party: any natural person, parent, or legal representative of the soccer player as
referred to in the following paragraph, who has entered into or intends to enter into an agreement with FEMO & partners.
3. Soccer Player: any minor boy or girl over whom the other party has parental authority
3. Footballer: any minor boy or girl over whom the other party has parental authority
and who participates in a talent day within the framework of the agreement.
4. Agreement: any agreement concluded between FEMO & partners and the other party
concerning: the registration of the footballer for participation in a talent day.

6. In writing: in addition to traditional written communication, communication by email or any other means of communication that, in view of the state of technology and socially accepted practices, can be equated with this.
ARTICLE 2. | GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by Stars of Soccer and every agreement entered into.
2. The provisions of these general terms and conditions may only be deviated from expressly and in writing.
If and insofar as what the parties have expressly agreed in writing deviates from the provisions of these general terms and conditions, what the parties have expressly agreed in writing shall apply.
3. The invalidity or nullity of one or more provisions of these general terms and conditions or the agreement as such shall not affect the validity of the other provisions.
3. The invalidity or nullity of one or more of the provisions of these general terms and conditions or the agreement as such shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. In such a case, the parties are obliged to enter into mutual consultation in order to agree on a replacement provision for the affected clause. In doing so, the purpose and meaning of the original provision will be taken into account as much as possible.
4. All agreements and all legal relationships arising between the parties as a result thereof are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
ARTICLE 3. | TALENT DAYS
1. To register for a talent day, the other party must complete the registration form provided by FEMO & & partners on the website in full and truthfully.
2. The Agreement is concluded after the Client has completed the registration form via the site, checked the general terms and conditions, sent the form, and paid the registration fee.
3. The talent day for the soccer player takes place on the date, time, and location as stated on the registration form.
4. The other party owes participation costs for participation in a talent day. Payment will be made via:
5. iDEAL and Bancontact payments
Femo & & partners offers the option of paying via iDEAL (only possible for payments within
the Belgium & Netherlands) and via Bancontact (only possible for payments within Belgium).With this payment method, you can complete the payment directly during the registration process with your own bank. You pay in your trusted internet payment environment, based on specific security methods of your own bank. If you use online banking, you can use iDEAL/Bancontact immediately, without having to register for it.
If and insofar as timely payment is not made, the Client shall be in default by operation of law, without any notice of default being required.
5. Scouts from various professional clubs will be present at the talent day to assess the soccer player. If a scout wishes to invite the soccer player for a trial at the professional club in question, the scout will notify FEMO & partners and will then receive the contact details of the other party. The other party agrees that its contact details may be exchanged with the scout for these purposes.
6. The other party is entitled to cancel the registration for the talent day, with a refund or waiver of the participation costs, up to 7 days after registration.

Later cancellation is only possible in the event of accident, death, serious injury, illness, or other personal calamities concerning the soccer player or the other party, provided that the other party makes this plausible at the request of FEMO. In such cases, the other party is entitled to reschedule participation, at no extra cost, to another date and time offered by FEMO.
8. A request by the other Femo & partners party for cancellation or rescheduling as referred to in the previous paragraphs must be
submitted to FEMO & partners by email.
ARTICLE 4. | PARTICIPATION IN TALENT DAYS
1. The other party guarantees that the soccer player is in good health and physically
and mentally capable of participating in the talent day. Participation in the talent day is entirely voluntary and entirely at your own risk. Femo & partners is in no way responsible or liable in this regard.
2. The soccer player must behave appropriately during the talent day. If, during the
talent day, he causes such nuisance or inconvenience to other participants or Femo & partners that further participation by the soccer player cannot reasonably be expected, Femo & partners is entitled to terminate the participation of the soccer player, without the other party being entitled to any refund of the participation costs.
3. Lost property found during talent days will be kept by Femo & partners for up to two weeks after the end of the talent day.
If the other party has not collected its lost property within this period, Femo & partners is entitled to donate it to charity.
4. Femo & partners is not liable for any damage caused by the player or other participants during the talent day.
ARTICLE 5. | LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION
1. Participation in and attendance at a talent day is entirely voluntary and
entirely at your own risk. Femo & partners are in no way responsible or
liable in this regard.
2. Femo & partners are never liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal
belongings of the other party or soccer player.
3. Femo & partners are not liable for damage resulting from errors or shortcomings of
third parties, such as scouts, whose assistance Stars of Soccer uses in the execution of the agreement.
4. Femo & partners are never liable for damage caused by relying on incorrect or incomplete information provided by the other party.
5. Femo & partners are never liable for indirect damage, including
injury sustained during a talent day.
